Keys Management

Physical custody

Every copy. Every hook. Every handover.

CAFMPRO tracks a physical key through its key tree, store, box, hook, copy, holder, request, return, and loss history without requiring a separate electronic cabinet product.

Representative CAFMPRO interface

Built from the approved module specification as a representative system view. Final production screens may differ.

Operational value

The work order can be finished while the key risk is not. CAFMPRO exposes closed WO/PTW records with keys still out and forces acknowledgement before operational closure is accepted.

01

Storage is exact

Every copy is counted at a precise store, box, and hook. Returns are blocked if the target hook contains a different key reference.

02

Custody survives workflow closure

Dashboards expose overdue returns and closed work orders or permits with keys still issued, preserving accountability after the job status changes.

03

Loss starts the next control

Approved lost or damaged outcomes can create controlled replacement issuance or lock-replacement requests without rewriting the original history.

Operational story

How the module works in practice.

01

Request

Select the key through the asset, location, or key tree.

02

Approve

Route to the key group owner with explicit fallback.

03

Issue

Record the exact physical copy and its holder.

04

Return

Verify the hook, condition, custody, and shift handover.

Connected by design

The record keeps moving.
