Space Management

Spatial operations

A floor plan that does work.

Workstations, meeting rooms, parking, lease units, doors, assets, and QR wayfinding become operational layers on one plan.

Built from the approved module specification as a representative system view. Final production screens may differ.

Operational value

The map is not a drawing viewer. Selecting an object opens its live record, while moves and offboarding create the returns and access actions the space requires.

01

Four operating models

Office and hot-desk workstations, staff and visitor parking, lease units, and bookable meeting rooms each keep their own correct lifecycle.

02

Physical versus business truth

Parking bay feedback can be compared with reservations and assignments so a free/occupied mismatch becomes visible instead of silently corrupting availability.

03

Offboarding that finishes

One leaving case creates only the applicable workstation, key, access, parking, and sticker return actions, then derives the parent status from the child outcomes.
