Parking bay feedback can be compared with reservations and assignments so a free/occupied mismatch becomes visible instead of silently corrupting availability.
Offboarding that finishes
One leaving case creates only the applicable workstation, key, access, parking, and sticker return actions, then derives the parent status from the child outcomes.
